Prompt. Professional. Fair. Matt came to my house soon after I contacted him to diagnose the issue on my roof. He returned the following morning in order to make the necessary repair. Since the repair was simple in nature, he did not even charge me! It is a great feeling to know that there are people out there that are not always looking to take advantage of a situation.
